Our Story
Hello I am Colleen, the creative mind and owner of Heartfelt Rentals with the incredible support and talent of my beloved husband, four daughters, son, and son-in-law. Heartfelt Rentals is founded on the joy and beautiful memories that are created when spending time with loved ones. I am so excited to be a part of your special event and am confident Heartfelt Rentals will help make your celebration wonderfully warm and beautiful and just how you imagined.
As a mother of five children and a huge extended family, I have hosted countless gatherings from brunches, formal dinners, holidays, birthdays, showers, graduations, anniversaries, to elegant wedding celebrations. The home cooked gourmet meals together over the years celebrating milestones have been priceless and truly the heart of our family time. For every special occasion I have planned over the last 30 years, the commonality has been for the event to be unique and memorable to the guest of honor and for all the guests to thoroughly enjoy themselves. I always strive to make guests for any event, large or small, feel welcomed, special and comfortable. I am keenly aware of the need to uniquely display food and drinks aesthetically pleasing as well as with great ease for serving. I find incredible joy in creating charming celebrations that foster wonderful memories. This is the true passion behind Heartfelt Rentals.
The one-of-a-kind and unique inventory of Heartfelt Rentals has been established through creating handmade wood designs, gathering timeless vintage pieces, as well as sharing my own personal collected favorites. Many of our larger rental items are custom made by my husband and son from reclaimed solid wood materials including our farm tables, benches, bars and old fashion style cart. The vintage items vary from wooden boxes, bins, jars, glass serving plates, pedestals, trays and vintage luggage. I also restore items such as antique chairs and a set of wooden ladders that my grandfather used to build his home. I repurpose other items such as wire basket lanterns and reclaimed wood serving boards. I am always open to inventory suggestions and am willing to find an item for you or add it to our collection if there is an item you may want for your event that we do not currently have in order to bring your vision to life.
As a way to show my appreciation for this great opportunity to own a small business in the USA and to honor our selfless United States Military who sacrifice so much for all of our freedom, Heartfelt Rentals will be donating a portion of every rental event booked to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation. The Tunnels to Towers Foundation honors and assists our military service members and their families tremendously, and with being a military family, this is very close to our hearts. I am so excited to work with you to make your special event filled with charming accents while together supporting our brave and selfless, American heroes and their families!

Delivery Information
We are located in Warren County, NJ and deliver within a 40 mile radius. We are always willing to consider deliveries outside of that radius on a case by case basis. Our delivery charge is based on distance of event, details and type and size of the order. The delivery fee includes basic set up and retrieval of items.

Heartfelt Rentals will continue to add to our inventory and If we don't have an item you are looking for just let us know and we can try to find that item and/or add that to our inventory with only a rental fee charged to you.
In person consults can be scheduled upon request.
There is a $250 minimum for all rentals.
We ensure all of our items will be brought to you in their best condition as pictured and kindly expect that they are returned in the condition that they were received.
Staging is available and priced at a flat hourly rate on request.
Legal Info
Client is responsible for replacement or repair costs of items damaged or lost during the rental period. We understand accidents happen and will make every effort to repair or clean an item before charging a damage/replacement fee. We require a $50 refundable damage security fee. Upon return of rental items in good working order, security deposit will be returned. If an item is missing or non repairable, then the client will be charged 4 times the rental cost of that specific item that needs to be replaced. Prices for products may be adjusted without warning - this will not impact the prices of rentals booked prior to the price changes. We will do our best to keep all of our unique items accessible to you at an affordable cost.
